Yello Hotel Harbour Bay

Beautiful sea view. The staff was good .Spa and Karoke are available. Breakfast was normal.BBQ available at night.Free shuttle to Ferry Terminal.Many seafood restaurants and bar near the hotel.15 mins by car to Nagoya Hill Mall.Strongly recommended.

1st of all... its our 1st time staying at this hotel. I came slightly early (1pm++) but there us no queue.& check ins was fast n smooth. Was given 2 keycards for room. Nice deco made for our room for our event.there was also a welcome drinks but they suggest having it at their rooftop lounge. It had a wonderful view of the whole harbour bay n yes windy too. Thank u Mr Akhbar to let us dining in for dinner at the rooftop lounge. We had our romantic dinner 4 course dinner package too at rooftop too. Thank u Mr Ficky for the effort, wonderful service n the drinks recommendations. All staffs are always smiling n very attentives. We both had zero issues so far. Breakfast menu was simple but menu changes everyday. Room services is 24hrs. It is very near to harbour bay ferry terminal ( abt 5-7mins walk), alot of convenience store nearby, bakery shop, chicken rice shop, durian shop, bridal photography shops..had a simple nasi padang stall,seafood restaurant n even steak restaurant nearby..easy to travel around using gojek too. They had their iwn water dispenser too on every floor.. overall its great. Will dropping by again soon. Thank u Yello! Hotel Harbour Bay Teams. 👍👍👍

Room was spacious and clean. And they staff was kind enough to change our separate room to a connecting one as my aunt is a wheelchair bound. My family had a good time and enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was also good with a variety of spread. We will definitely come back again.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff all around, good breakfast. Hope they can keep up the room's cleanliness and maintenance. I will definitely return for my next trip. Rooftop lounge is a good place to chill out.

A really solid hotel which gave me 4 star vibes. Everything about it was good the staff from the moment we arrived was really welcoming and assisted with most requests! I loved my room as it was clean and spacious. Will definitely come back again as the nightlife and food places are all nearby!

The hotel location is convenient and easily accessible (walkable distance)from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There is a Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel, and a convenience store is also available nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and we also received welcome drinks. Hotel amenities and facilities are modern. The room was decent and clean to a certain extent as there were some minor stains on the bedsheet/bed cover. The water pressure for shower was good. However, the toilet floor still got wet easily due to the short coverage by the glass shower screen. Loud music and people singing could be heard at night as there was a club/pub nearby. This would be fine if you don’t sleep that early. Overall, the hotel is definitely value for money and the location is great!!
